At Catrice Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused makeup products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
